I have a really tight budget so I am asking for someone that does good quality but is cheap at the same time, I am looking to have a Logo made (I have an idea for this already) And an Icon (Also have an Idea for this) My budget is 15-20$ USD, And if possible a banner to go with all 3 (If possible).
