Hi Mc-Market, My name is ForswornMC, I currently have a Factions Server already set up, it's about 80% of the way done. I just need to set up votifier and a few last shop signs.
This server won't have that many custom features at the beginning, but as I see promise, and dedication from you and as well as the other staff, and the community, I shall add more features. I have a friend who is a great Plugin Developer, He coded me two plugins, a TokenShop plugin, as well as a BossBarPlugin. I really can count on him when the time comes.
So saying all that, I am in need of a Server-Admin/Manager, Basically, since you're the first Admin I'm going to hire, you are going to be the Head-Admin, just without the prefix. You are going to be the ONLY OP person on the server, besides me.
I need you to help the community grow by hosting daily events which should include the following : MineParties (Low-Class Ores&Gems) , DropParties (Low-Level Items), Hide&Seek, or Really anything the community votes on!
You will Also need to be very experienced with the following :
- Plugins
- Plugin Management and Configurations
- Building (You don't have to be skilled)
- Being able to give fair and non-biased punishments to every player that deserves a punishment.
- No favoritism, meaning you can't side with one player because you like them more, or you can't give that player less or more warnings because you know them.
- Won't abuse OP permissions, won't abuse their title in general.
- Enforces the rules and website rules, you will be the backbone of the server, without you, the server dies(not litterally).
- Set the example for Me, yourself, and fellow staff members and community.
- Be able to set the standards for the new staff and players, you are the role model of the server.
I would like this person to be at least 17 years old, But I will go as low as 16, reason being, I see younger audiences to be more immature in most cases.
Well for one, nobody should pay YOU for anything with that attitude. Second if you where not going to say anything useful then why comment on my thread? Go 'get paid' for work. third don't compare yourself to a person who actually has status and recognition, you're nothing.
