[Requesting] Professional Developers and Partner/Owner for my upcoming server |AetherMC|

Hello MCM,
Developers
I made a thread yesterday slightly regarding this. So I am starting a new upcoming server AetherMC from scratch, I am mainly looking for Developers (around 2) to help me start my server and to help configure all the plugins I have, Developers can either be web developers for our website or server developers to make our server better.
As to when the server is actually open the developers will be expected to help with all updates which the server are going to carry out. Developers have to have had experience but you can talk about this more in the staff application. If you are doing a job for me I may want to Skype you to see what you are going to change and tell you if that is correct.
Server Partner
Regarding the server owner they should have to be able to put full effort and time into the server, if I do find a suitable owner we shall go 50%/50% on server profits but the owner will have to be able to put in there share of the money if you want to know what share of the money you will have to put in and what aspect of the server it is going to go to feel free to PM me on here for more detail. Same as developers the partner will have to be experienced with lots of experience in owning/developing and I must have to feel as though I can trust you (I am not going to own a server with someone I cannot trust.)

The staff application/ Pm'ing me for my Skype

For my Skype you will have to PM me on here and then complete the staff application via Skype. The staff application of course should be suitable as to what rank you are applying for (either Developer or Owner/Partner in this case.) Then after you have contacted me on Skype I will ask you what rank you are applying for and send you the application (The staff application will be the same for both ranks there will just be a few more questions to ask the person that is applying for Owner which is why I need to know what rank you are applying for first.
