Hello!

I wish to have a feature on my server, though I am not 100% sure it is possible.

I need a developer to help me create a plugin that will make a 3D model float down to the player. This 3D Model emits customizable particles and acts as a type of crate to randomly select a skill. For now, lets call these variations that players can get "types". This means the particles need to be per-type. We need to be able to apply commands to the type that is picked as-well, and it be a fluent system.

If someone can do this and give me a quote on it that would be great.
If this is not possible , then I am willing to discuss paying for alternatives as well.
