I get where your coming from however, I never said we had to really indepth. But use this as an example.

• Small Minecraft hosting company offering hosting on multicraft.

What responsibilities does the position entail?

• Making sure the servers stay up
• Fixing issue with servers when they break
• Answering technical support issues

What would you expect candidates to need to know? (example: java, linux, photoshop ect)

• Basic server management
• Ability to automate tasks for less technical staff

What payment should we expect in return for our services?

• Payment to be discussed via PM

This would have been all the info I wanted to know. I didnt feel i was asking a lot when i said that. (And i still don't)

Maybe get in a skype call or on the phone, or even inside of a private conversation via mc-market to talk about all of this.
