Hello people of MCMarket.
I am currently making an OP Factions server!
I am very in need of staff, and people to help me configure ranks, and permissions.
The server has just barely started and is open to all and any suggestions. We currently have
A Spawn that we will be using until I can pay for, or get, a better one. The current available
Positions and descriptions are as follows
1 Co-Owner: Needs to be on a good amount of time, once the server is public and can help me configure plugins, do permissions and suggest things to make my server a great place to be
Also will act as a member of staff, enforcing rules and such
1 Admin: Almost the same as Co-Owner, but admins will be in charge of recruiting staff, and expected to manage players just as much, or more, than Co-Owner. Most likely wont need to do many Pre-Server stuffs. (Maybe)
3 Moderators: Basically a high member of staff, must first become a helper then prove yourself worthy as a moderator, but the first batch of moderators will not need to go through this process. Need to enforce rules, does not recruit, but moderator's suggestions are taken into very high consideration. No configuration/server management is expected from this ranking.
2 Builders: Preferably able to skype, and build as a team. Must have a portfolio of some sort to prove your capabilities. No staff permissions, once they are done building world edit and op is removed.
2 Helpers: These members of staff are expecting very little of, only to moderate chat, and tempban. No other permissions except those needed to moderate and control the server.
1 PvPGod: This is a unique sense to my server, the person who is known as the best at pvp, most geared and OP on the server will be crowned PvPGod, and granted a special kit. This rank lasts 1 week until another God is chosen. Also comes with a prefix and a free /nick for everyone to remember you as a past pvp god.

Now to discuss money.
I know this is a typical thing to say, but as you may expect I do not have enough money to host an enjin site, run a server AND pay staff without a decent source of income. I am not of age to be able to work for money, other than measly chores. So this is why I will introduce staff pay once I get donations rolling in (Admins and Up get PayPal, any other staff gets BuyCraft credit.) My builders, if done what expected, will be paypal'd 15$ each, only because they are not on the server just to build, but also to enjoy the server. The builders are not just builders they are players aswell.
