Require pre-made setups to have a test server.

Anyone selling a pre-made setup in the resource section should have a test server available. In the past, this wasn't reasonable as it was a cost to the resource author but now with the free ones offered via Pebblehost, this isn't an issue.

I believe the option should be present to let the author host their test server, but the general requirement should be that a test server be present and joinable.

Reasons:

• Can confirm the quality of the setup before purchasing.
• Check out finer details that may not be listed in the description.
• Images often life about the quality of certain aspects even when using shaders.

I see a lot of setups that do not have a test server some of these may of been legacy and not updated but I think now that pro resources are here to stay a test server should be required for any pre-made setups.

Most authors are available for pre sale questions, so even if some details are not mentioned, you can always reach out and ask. Even if they don't, it should be the buyers responsible to investigate whether or not a resource as the features they are seeking. Forcing authors to host a test server will become increasingly more annoying the more pre-made setups they create.

In theory, all the author would have to do - if they use the provided test servers from pebble - is upload the copy of the setup like they did when posting it in the first place.
