Resource - Agree to terms checkbox

Hey.
I got a small idea some time back, but decided first to make a suggestion about it now. When you make a premium resource most likely you have made some TOS that says the user cannot make a dispute and such. We all know the TOS are not valid if the user did not see them or did not agree to them. So my suggestion is that we add a small function to premium resources. That the creator will have the ability to make a TOS which the user has to agree to when purchasing
(Make the user check a little box like this):

What positive thing will this add?
- If the user makes a dispute it will make life easier when they have agreed to your TOS.

I don't now if this is already a Xenforo addon for this or if it has to be custom made. Only negative thing i can think of the addon need to be custom made and will cost money

And also, make it so that you cant chargeback!
You can scam report them and all, but charging back is Annoying af!

Great idea, but probably needs to be custom made. The resources addon is directly from XenForo.

Yeah it's very annoying, if they had to agree to some TOS when buying it will be much easier to win disputes.

That is true, but sometimes paypal is just annoying, and will just not give the money to you.
plus some people go around buying and charging back.

Yeah i know. A few times i had every proof needed to win a dispute and paypal was like "nope". This would help a lot imo .[DOUBLEPOST=1457129624][/DOUBLEPOST]

For thise who use paypal for their transactions. The invoice function on paypal has a TOS built in already aswell as a full description section for your product. I would recomend using this as it makes disputes more likely to be resolved in your favour.

Yeah, but this suggestion was more pointed towards the premium resource section not normal transaction as the premium resource is automated

I know lol i was just suggesting in the mean time thay paypal invoices are the safest way to perform a transaction.
