"(iii) You will not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with other users’ content or the Service without MCM's written consent; "

1. User uses pwign theme.
>> Gets 10 warning points.

2. User uses ad block.
>> It's allowed.

Both Ad Block and an external theme are changing the way you interact with the Service (MC-Market). So, why is one allowed, and the other isn't?

This is a simple suggestion to either: Enforce rules equally, or don't enforce the rules at all.

Either make Ad Block a reportable offense (Kappa) or, hey, remove the clause itself because it's literally useless and provides no benefits except for warning users for using a theme that makes MC-Market look better. [Or, even better, allow only Premium and Supreme users to bypass it, as we already get the benefits such as: No Google Ads, dark theme, and color changing.]

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

If your going to warn users for using a theme at least make that clear in the TOS.

Remove the "warning". It's invalid, slanderous and outrageous. Tarnishes the name of good people without any bad standings. It does not matter that the points are active the fact that it's displayed made it look like at one point in time you did break the rules.

It's a slippery slope for us to allow user-created modifications to the site, and although you do make a fair argument for ad blockers being allowed when they shouldn't, perhaps we can include updated language in our TOS allowing adblockers to remove that hypocrisy in the future.

The problem with allowing users to create their own modifications to our site, even if it's just on their end is that it bypasses the perks we provide for account upgrades. Users must be Premium to have access to a dark MC-Market and $5 per name colour. In the past a user created a chrome addon that changed his username colour to rainbow for other people using the addon, making upgrades unnecessary.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
