Revoke Premium/Supreme

Here me out. For newer users premium/supreme can be a source of trust, because there thinking is "if they spend money on this site they would not throw it all away just to scam me". We all know that people think like that. So my suggestion here is to revoke ranks from people that have numerous accusations of scamming. This will prevent them from getting to someone else while the scam reports are being handled. If they are proven innocent, they will get there rank back.

That’s pointless :/ I get where you’re going but I don’t think this will happen. Mostly because people will accuse people of scamming just to get their rank taken. Lots of people on this site will do that sadly.

Users are innocent until proven guilty. 'Restricted account SR' is given to users in extreme cases, but otherwise we don't do that.
