Well, when i started moderating in a server that is dead already because of lack funds, i started with a rank called Trusted who had the ability to kick people who weren't following the rules...
What makes you better than anyone else:
Well, I could tell i have MC experience since 1.5 came out, so i really have a great knownledge and apart from knowing the game, i've hosted my own testing server and I have configured some hard plugins.. so yeaa..
What are your skills?
In my opinion, I consider myself good at the game, and since i hosted my first server with my cousin, we didn't any person (apart from us 2) to develop the actual server, let's say my cousin isn't that clever and didn't want to do stuff for the server, so other one (me) had to do it all.. I had to research on advanced plugin configuration, and had to watch a lot of yt videos about those themes, I could say my server was really good, didn't have any problems because i knew 100% of it, the only sad thing is that I had to turn it off for school, and then when I wanted to host it again was too hard to get people on, and couln't waste too much time. So yes, I do have moderating experience and some development experience too; I'm just here offering my services and knownledge, yes.
How will you punish?:
I really think that depends on the situation, I used to tempban 1 week for hacked client, and 3 days for X-Ray, griefing did depend on the size of the grief, it was usually tempbanned for 5-24 hours.

What makes you better than anyone else? I have several reasons as to why I could become a good Moderator on Revolve, one of the main reasons are that I have had a lot of experience of being staff from my own servers and other servers that I have been staff on. I would try to make Revolve a more optimum locality. I have learnt many things by observing other staff members on here and many other servers. I also believe I am mature and I would always treat everyone equally no matter which rank or personality they have. I don’t take sides when people are arguing even if the player is my friend because if anyone supports their friends which are doing something wrong to scam, break someone’s trust, steal in game or in real life money etc. Doing that proves that they cannot be trusted and they will not be fit for staff permissions/powers and that person doesn't deserve that position, I would listen to both sides and choose the right decision. I never abuse the powers/responsibility I have been given and I always follow the server’s staff guidelines and the server rules. I try to be active as much as I can and I help players on the server. I usually welcome players when they first join or when they come back onto the server and I help new players out by giving them some money to start buying good items to PvP and mine to make a good faction. I believe other applicants can have a better chance than anyone, however in my opinion experience, respect and maturity is needed to become a good staff member on any server. I have observed that I have good experience with being a staff member, I respect all staff members/players even if they do not like me and I think I am mature enough to have responsibility as a staff member on Revolve. I believe I could be a unique staff member because I have seen many players/staff members and how they behave, some players can be immature and some players could be very mature, many people make mistakes on the server that’s why there are staff on the server to fix the problems and keep the server under control but many staff would go straight to punishment and ban/temp-ban that player who violated the rules out in the server, however I like to enforce the rules to everyone and correct the mistakes people make instead of punishing them immediately without giving them warnings because they won’t learn if you don’t tell them what’s right. I can understand that there are staff guidelines and every staff member would deal with players their own way but this is how I would deal with players violating the rules, many people make mistakes because we all are human, if someone keeps on repeating those mistakes then that means they are doing it on purpose, which means they deserve to get punished for their actions. I also understand that being a staff member is a hard responsibility and I am ready to take that responsibility and be questioned by players or staff members etc. Many people would ask questions about the server and other stuff and I’m ready to answer them and keep the server good and guide players to what help they need

I am good with staff commands and I am active on Skype and I could be active on the forums too so when a staff member is needed on the server I could join and be contacted via Skype or the forums.
