So today I would like to sell my server and domain

How the purchase works:
You will send half of the money that we agree on, And I send half of the server files, And the username of the GoDaddy!
The you send the 2nd half,
I will give you 2nd half of the server and I'll give you the password for GoDaddy to my account!

This is a hard faction server that means its hard as heck to get stuff.
