Hello, everyone! My name is Sam, and I am a Supervisor at Root Layer Technologies. We are currently in need of people to answer our inbound sales and support tickets. Any information and requirements for these positions can be found below.
About The Position:
As a Sales or Support Representative, you will answer support tickets that clients send in through our WHMCS billing panel. Questions asked may range from simple questions about pricing to advanced technical support needs.
Compensation/Payments:
All of our Sales and Support representatives will receive a non-negotiable commission for every product they sell. This can be discussed during the application process.
Requirements to be a Sales Representative:
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- Must be able to be kind, and professional at all times
- Must be fluent in English with proper spelling and grammar (English does NOT need to be your native language)
- Be able to type at least 30WPM (Preferred but not Required)
- Have experience in using WHMCS (Preferred but not Required)
Requirements to be a Support Representative:
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- Must be able to be kind, and professional at all times
- Must be fluent in English with proper spelling and grammar (English does NOT need to be your native language)
- Must have moderate to advanced technical knowledge of Minecraft Servers, web hosting, and or game server hosting
- Be able to type at least 30WPM (Preferred but not Required)
- Have experience in using WHMCS (Preferred but not Required)
