I think there should be a rule which people cannot stop trains. If over 10 people say that train thing, it should be 1-hour ban.
*BUT*
Only staff or the original train creator can stop the train

You only get banned if over 10 people say the train

I completely disagree with this suggestion, Shoutbox is to have conversations and discuss certain topics. It shouldn't be used to spam a certain message.
