Linquish here, today I come here to proudly present my delightful idea about creating a HCF community solely for our beautiful EU people. Looking at the current community of HCF, undoubtly, there aren't any notable HCF servers hosted in EU location.

Introduction

Being a different from the rest, I come up with the idea of making a HCF server for EUs. I, myself, do not have extensive knowledge regarding coding Java or any other language. Neither am I personally new to this stuff. I can manage a few plugins. I am accompanied by a friend "Zmexy" in this task.

We both are not experienced in coding custom files for a particular Minecraft server. Therefore, I humbly call out for the volunteers eager to help us through.

Having a detailed discussion with my partner, we have come to a conclusion that we need a certain amount of individuals to be successful in our journey.

Our needs.

Following is a list of dedicated staff positions that we have a curios eye on.

Builders [Age: 13+]
The artistic minded people who are capable of providing us with the finest art of building various projects.

Helpers [Age: 14 and 14+]
As judged by the name, they are here to help all the new people who may be in need of help. Keeping rule breakers out of the way is a partial part of their duty.

Moderators [Age: 14+]
The dedicated people behind managing a few aspects of the server. Keeping an eye out for the wrong doers is a concrete part of their job.

Admins [Age: 15+]
The trustworthy individuals who take their role of server management, pretty seriously. Administrators manage and handle the server. Being senior from most staff, they guide them.

Developers [Age: 16-17]
The core of the server. These people are behind the server's succession. These guys help protect the server from external server attacks, help in developing plugins/configs for one's server.

Rules for applying.
- Be formal

- Don't make a plagiarized application (Don't copy your application content from another application made on another server.

- Don't lie about your age or anything, in general.

- Don't use slang words in your application.

- Don't have a messed up/weird looking color scheme of your application.

What makes your HCF server any different from the rest of them, and how do we know this won't end up like 90% of the starting HCF servers that die the day after SOTW?

Our dedication, our unique aims. We aren't like the other servers who are purposely made for US people. As a result, 99% of the HCF servers fail as they are hosted in US and the top 5-6 HCF servers take the lead. We are supposed to not be one of the servers who tries to strive to the top whilst knowing that there are already a ton of servers of people to play.

It is clear that there is no solid HCF server for EUs. The EU people play the US servers but they do so with higher pings. Having a delightful ping on our server as it is meant to be for EUs, will be good for EU people. As a result, most EU people who play HCF will come to us. We have plans on advertising our server by getting YouTubers to post our trailers.

What is your budget for developers?

We are not in the financial position to pay the developers as of the current moment. Our most money is going into paying Youtubers for uploading trailers. The payment for devs will be decided when we finally release the server and generate income. Which is guaranteed.

I haven't yet seen any EU person with a ping of 15ms on a US HCF server. Giving a separate home to the EU people is our main aim.

All the "power" servers you mentioned, are not meant to be for EUs and do not have a separate HCF server hosted in any EU locations. Am I able to heal a patch of your curiosity?

Hi I'm Jacob, I'm 16 years old and I'm currently in high school in the 10th grade studying computer programming, I'm not greatly experienced with coding but I'm learning and working on it and working on configurations and in-game maintenance work. I'm looking for work in server development on minecraft servers until I head off to college to study aeronautical engineering and aviation, so yes I'm not planning to continue with my programming experience, however I am trying to get more into HTML and CSS, as I have a pretty good knowledge in Bukkit and Spigot.

I would say the Developer role best fits me.

I have a ton of staff management and guest relations experience, however since I'm not applying for those I will just list my development/technical experience:

I am very mature and professional, I've hosted many of my own servers before so I have a combination of both staff leadership and development experience. I've been staff on server ranging from small servers to large networks so I know whats going on and I have a ton of self confidence to succeed in the world. I feel like a developer role plays key in the main running of the server. I work well under pressure and I work well with almost all kinds of people.

Amount of time you're willing to dedicate to the server:
I can't say exactly but I'm willing to put a good amount of time as long as I'm needed.
