Scratchcard plugin?

I saw a scratchcard/scratchoff plugin on a prison server I viewed the command was /scratchoff, it would open a 9 slot GUI with a different scratchcard amount in each. In chat it would tell you the ones you matched up in ascending order for example:

You scratchedoff no.1

You scratchedoff no.1

You scratchedoff no.2

Then you get some amount of money for matching 2.
