I'm here once again searching for a community manager - unfortunately due to the sheer amount of money hungry little goblins on this forum who charge an insane amount and then disappear for 2 weeks after you pay them there will be no conversation about pay until you have worked for a solid month, without any strange disappearances or doing the bare minimum after you get paid.
We have reached out twice already searching for the correct candidates and I get people will say "well, you get what you pay for" - we tried, multiple times on both ends. From 50$ a month to 500$ a month, and thus far have been let down every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily ticketing and giveaway management
- Plan and host creative, engaging community events
- Welcome, onboard, and mentor trial moderators
- Cultivate a fun, safe space where members can connect and thrive
- Creating promotional messages, announcements and other community engagement.
- Working along side upper management to keep things running well.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large online communities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for community building
