Why 40/50 if someone is going to be "Co-Owner"

By definition Co-Owner is just Owner but not the "main" owner. If both theoretically puts in the same amount of effort, why does Co-Owner get less simply because of the co prefix?

The CO-Owner gets 40& Because That The Owner will have the main choices.

Wouldn't it be better not to start the 40/50 thing which = 90 btw and spend the donations on the money until you have a steady running server with stability

Friend Really my main Problem is that I have almost everything but I dont have the required to get the Server running and get Advertiment so i can get people on the server
