Searching for a small fishing themed warp/area (for PyroFishing)

Hi there!

I'm searching for a (preferred) pre-made fishing warp, alternatively getting one commissioned. I'm not looking to spend a fortune, so a separate builder is preferred rather than getting a quote from an established build team.

Ideas:

• $20 budget
• 75x75 - 100x100x
• Fishing theme with a big pond (simple spawn point, a path going by areas I place NPC's to give information about the fishing system on the server
• a spontaneous idea for the warp would be a medieval docks area beside a big mountain, with a pier for the players to fish at.

Please let me know if you'd like to take on this simple, budgeted commission.
