Securing an Account

I've heard a lot of accounts have been ratted recently or stolen, I have a nice account but I don't have TID, if I had the migration email with all the information (previous passwords, security questions emails, migration email confirmation etc) would that be enough to recover my account if it was stolen? I am also using ProtonMail, with max security so I don't think anyone can access my email. Is TID that important or is having the Migration email good enough?

uhm you really do need TID unless you know where you made the account, like the area and country and stuff like that,

also the last 4 digits of the card number used to buy it
