Me and few friends from the Hardcore Factions and Pot PvP community have recently began putting together a test factions server. We have been really impressed so far but we feel that we cannot branch out further and introduce creative and unique ideas as none of us have much experience with code.
We seek someone who is able to code a new faction event that will make our server more unique and creative than our competitors. Also we seek someone that can help us with adding some extra touches to our faction plugin and debug a few problems we've run into.
