I am seeking mature, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to staff my factions server.

About me: I am a relatively new owner of a Minecraft Server but have extensive experience as an Administrator/Game master including working on paid projects for Electronic Arts and I have several shipped titles in the industry. I also have over 10 years+ experience working for major gaming fan sites and have community management skills. I am willing to put all the effort, and resources necessary to make the server successful and expand it.

Who I want to hire: Helpers, Builders, and Moderators to help me run my server efficiently. I am not actively considering admins, co-owners, partners, etc. but will consider it for an exceptional individual who can be trusted and has a great reputation. You must agree to all staff policies and promotion procedures and my server is very specific and strict about what is allowed. The reason why I am strict is that I want to make a quality environment for players.

Who I don't want to hire: No one under age 16 unless you have the vouches and skills to back it up.
