Simple sellall plugin work with signs and u can setup multipliers on config
The config look like this

Permissions:
  sellall&donator: 1.1
  sellall&vip: 1.5
  sellall&mvp: 2

Player with permission sellall.donator sell with 10% bonus in all shops.

No multiplier prices, all items have one price, work with commands, This project is abandoned, i think essentials /sellall is many better for that.

There are many more plugins that is just one, you don't have any key features.

Plus head hunts is way better.

yes look like this, but they have better plugin the idea comes for there and signs its the same too
