Selling unmigrated's?

So I was wondering why MCM doesn't allow the selling of unmigrated accounts unlike the other *places* which I won't mention. Is there a reason for this? I'm pretty sure a lot of people would like to sell unmigrated's/migrated's.

This will never be allowed under any circumstance. unmigrated accounts are normally cracked/stolen, so it is wrong to sell them. Think if you were in the persons place whose account was just stolen? Would not be to great now would it.
