What is Console Crawling: Console Crawling is where you hire us to squash those pesky bugs that keep spamming up your console. We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if the error is not fixed in the time estimate that we gave. In this case you, the client may ask for either the time to be extended; at no additional cost OR receive your money back. The money back option may take up to 48 hours to be processed.
What Is Configuration Nation: Configuration Nation is a service where you will hire us to configure a plugin that you don’t want to configure, don’t have the time to configure, or just don’t understand how to configure the plugin. We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if the plugin is not configured in the time estimation that we gave you upon purchasing this service. If this case occurs you may ask for an extension or receive your money back. Please do note that the time extension is up to the discretion of the Crawler who configured your plugin(s). Upon the money back option being chosen the owner will be left with two (2) options. A. Have the change reverted back to the state you had it when your purchased the Crawler OR B. Have the change left and have you; the server owner work with what we left you. The money back option may take up to 48 hours to be processed.
What is Bungee Coordinators: Bungee Coordinators is where a crawler will configure your Bungee network for a set time chosen upon purchasing. This doesn’t include the Bungee Proxy. This is sold separately. The Bungee Proxy package will include any perms being set up. You have 24 hours to contact the crawler to have any changes made you would like upon 1st completion. After the 24 hours has passed; you will need to re-purchase the Bungee Proxy package. It does however include the Bungee Hub and any additional servers. Example: Hub and Faction Server is considered 2 servers. Like our other products we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee under the following terms: The connection with bungee couldn’t be established, The crawler didn’t complete the task in the estimated time. The money back guarantee is only obtainable if the crawler doesn’t offer an extended time estimate. You will NOT receive your money back if you purchased this service and had all of your “servers” in one server; each “server” using a different world.
Warranties: All Console Crawlers products come with a 1 week guaranteed warranty.
Note: You will be required to give the developer your console login. If you do not s/he will NOT be required to give you a refund.
