Honestly steven, I wouldn't accept a new developer either if they can do it or not.. From past experience, I would only go with reputable developers here because most of the unnknwon devs are complete trash and back out after being halfway done..

Well, for one, ratings do not mean rep.. To find a reputable developer I would choose someone who 1) has a good portfolio and 2) well known throughout the community.
