Server Administrator, Moderators & Developer

Hey guys, I recently opened a Server (MLG Minecraft.)

Current Server info:
1 Server
No player base (I've yet gone public)

What I'm Looking For:
Two Administrators
One Moderators
One Developer

What I Request You To Have:
At least two years experience {Administrator, Moderator}
At least one plugin {Developer} (Private/Public)

Can we have some background information on the server(s) you plan on opening? Do we get anything in return such as pay?

The server is going to be Survival and Creative. With some mini-games such as spleef games. As far as pay, this would be Volunteering and and earnings that we receive from donations would go to the server payment and expansions. I plan on opening the server once ever things seems to be working correctly and my team is ready as well.
