Step 2. Get streamers!!!! For Mini-Games and pvp servers streams are vital. Most viewers want to play with the YouTuber. For mini-games and pvp its a 1-2 time thing each day. So, you need streams so the people can know when they are coming on.
Step 3. Pay the streamers. Pay the streamers 15-30 bucks a week based on how bug they are. Make sure they post stuff on twitter saying playing on ........ at 5:00 EST.
Step 4. Social Media/Website
Setup a website/forums to enform people about server stuff.
Have a twitter to inform people about social media
Step 5. After you have5-10 twitch streamers find a couple youtubers too play on there.
Step 6. Make investments. Dont just hog the servers money. Buy new spawns, new plugins, more slots or maybe a dev.
Step 7. Find larger youtuber. Once the server has grown find larger youtubers to record on there.
Remember: alll twitch and youtuber want to be paided. Also with high risk comes high reword.
