Server Advertising Techniques- $100

At the minute, I'm nearly done my server, its OP factions.

I have around $100 for advertising

would this be best spent on
A) slots
B) PW > name websites that are effective
C) Smaller youtuber for series > Names and Prices Pls

Wasn't to try and get my server some players.

Youtubers are expensive but well worth it, an old server that I used to be Head-Admin on spent $50/video on Dfieldmark when he only had around 7k subs and in 25 videos he brought in well over 10k
