Server Appraisal

Today I'm looking for an appraisal for my server & discord as I no longer have the energy for it.
Please privately message me for more details and a tour, I'd like to keep this on the low as I respect my server and don't want to trash it.

Discord - The discord has 320 members and is pretty active
Server - The server is fully developed with custom builds and ready for release (New season)
Buycraft - Last season the server made $875.36 (Contact me for proof)

It is a very well rounded server, I would say it could be worth around $400-$500.
