I know rite i considering changing from my dedicated hosting to hosting it on my old netbook, would be way better especially with my 1mbps connection

Description of Server - I'd try out this concept. I have some premade configurations for crackshot with many guns. I would have an infected mode, team deathmatch, free for all, domination, and search and destroy. The custom plugin would run the gamemodes, and crackshot would provide the guns.

Plan of advertising - Purchase advertising on Minecraftservers.org, and bid for top spots as well.

Monetary Plan - I'd use a ~$750ish budget on this server with advertising.

Plus, who has a GTX 760 in a machine that hosts servers? That is just a waste of money m8.

I'm just stating a point so you may look at your post and think "50/50 is a bit much." My post also could save you money but I guess you don't want to be very clever and keep your 760 in there when it's not needed.

I've thought about the 50/50 thing, and I am reducing it to 20% for me and 80% for the server owner. The 760 can't be refunded as I won it in a giveaway.
