What is a good dedi, link please?

With release of ExceedRaids, how do I maintain a playerbase?

What should be a good budget of my server? Do I spend a lot of a spawn, host or what?

You might want to start off with being original. That being said, not copying other people's signatures is a good start.

You're best off starting small then going big. If you have a playerbase under 100 then there's no point spending hundreds each month on a server where you don't get over 100 unless your donations can fund your bills.
