What are the best server listing sites, and what resolution banners do they need? When commenting please say if there is a file size restriction on .gifs, and if it allow .gifs. If the server list has some way of raising you on the list other than voting, please describe it.
If you started your own server list, that's great! But please don't recommend yourself. Find a customer and ask them to recommend you.
