Only looking to be hired on active 20+ player-base servers (exceptions may be made)!
Hey,
I'm Jake, I'm 14 and I live in Victoria, Australia. I've been playing Minecraft since Beta (2011), and more recently (last 2/3 years) I've started looking into server administration and management. I have a ton of experience in these fields, and so I'm looking to become a manager on a server. Below I'll go over a few facts about me, then onto my experience and lastly onto why you should pick me.
Age - 14
Name - Jake
Timezone - Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)
Time Available (weekly average) - 30hours/week (doesn't mean I'll be on for all that time)
Username - Jaebu
I charge a small fee for my services, which will be discussed upon hiring me.
Regards,
Jake

Skyland Network (50 - 100 PB): I was first hired on Skyland as an Admin. During my time being this role, I had to sort out bugs and keep the community happy by dealing with bugs / suggestions constantly. After a few weeks of being Admin, I was promoted to the rank of Manager, which is where the fun began (no sarcasm intended). As a Manager, I hosted events, managed the staff and forums, fixed bugs / implemented suggestions, as well as kept the community happy.
ZappyCraft (20 - 30 PB): ZappyCraft was a server which I noticed while browsing through minecraft-server-list.com and it stood out to me. I decided to join and almost instantly fell in love with the server and the community; they were both so amazing. After playing for a few days I applied for Admin and was accepted about a week after my application was sent.
After a month or so of being Admin I was promoted to Manager, which was the first time I was said rank. I thought it was really. I hosted events, recruited new staff, made updates to the forums (Enjin) and generally helped out with the community-side things while the owner managed the in-game side (bugs, etc).
After that server went down in June, 2014, the Owner and I added each other on a messaging app called 'Kik' which we then kept in contact with and later started a new server called SwaggyCraft.
SwaggyCraft (10 - 20PB): SwaggyCraft was/is the server which the owner of ZappyCraft and I made. I won't go listing everything I did here as what I did was, essentially, the same as I did on Zappy. Unfortunately, this server wasn't as successfully as Zappy so we soon got bored of it and shut it down in Feb, 2015.

As seen above, I have a lot of experience with management - server management, forum management and staff management. I know how to mentor new staff so they understand what to do without seeming too harsh nor too friendly - just harsh enough so they know I'm not fooling around, but no so harsh they never want to ask me anything. I have a way to connect with players and staff which most managers don't, and I think that that this will help me in making your staff team one of the best out there.
I assume we'd be using XenForo or Enjin as forums, and I have a lot of experience setting both forum softwares up and maintaining them, as well as adding add-ons (XenForo) and more. I can link you a few sites I setup (if they're still up) if you would like me to.
Another thing is that I type at ~100WPM, so when I need to make an announcement, change-log or format, I can do it in a timely manner.
Also, I've attached my score from when I did a grammar test a little while ago while applying for Christopher's server (please excuse the image name typo).
