Server Manager [EXPERIENCED ONLY]

Hi there, I am looking for a server manager with experience running servers and communities in the past. You must be enthusiastic about the work we are doing and I fully expect you to put in the required effort.

I am starting up a new server based on my own plugin management system. I am very talented at creating software for Minecraft, and I have many years experience running and administrating servers in the past. However I am looking for someone to manage the server side, installing plugins, and dealing with customer relations. I found that while I am dedicated to making this work, it is far too much work to handle on my own. So a list of my requirements and preferences are below:

• 16 years of age plus ONLY
• Experience with Linux, particularly Ubuntu
• Knowledge of Minecraft server management using Bungeecord and Spigot
• Knowledge of common Minecraft plugins
• Ability to communicate clearly using English via both text and speech
• Knowledge of Xenforo is beneficial (NOT REQUIRED)

While none of this is particularly difficult to learn, I do not have the time to teach anyone how to do any of the listed.
