Hello my name is Nash and I'm an upcoming server manager.I've worked with multiple servers before which were mainly startups,helping them stride foward in tasks,marketing and giving them advice.
I've had alot of experience in planning,marketing and negotiations since my dad does marketing ETC I've learnt alot of him.I mainly work with the owner helping he/she in tasks and advising them on the best offers,staff or giving them opportunities (Eg. Scouting youtubers for the server).
I've been doing this for 8+months and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.I've worked with RPG Servers,Networks.
What do I expect from you?
I expect someone who is focused and determined on their server,hence being active everyday. Also not a child who has no experience making a server ETC and who asks to do things such as make plugins and more.
14+ of age
Have a server team,server and progress.

-Configuring Plugins
-Arranging Meetings
-Spokesperson (Writing Recruitment Threads)
-Advise
-Possibly More If Specified
What I need in return
I don't need alot but around
£10 GBP would be fine with me.
But if I do get trusted here on MCM About £15-25 GBP is needed.
I will do 3 VOUCH COPIES First but during this time money will be appricated if I do a good job.
