Server network website development (Xenforo) (Will pay)

Hello developers,

I am currently in the process of looking for a website developer that knows Xenforo to make our website look professional. As the title states this will be payed work -- However we are looking for some very special customization to the site. Good examples that capture some of what we would like would be The Hive (forum section) and the Hypixel site. We have a certain asthetic we would like to keep to as well, which will be discussed further upon inquiry.

*There is no specific time limit for this project, but the sooner it is finished the better.
*There is no set pay for this job - I am open to negotiation and understand that website development isn't cheap.


Things absolutely required would be:
-A player counter
-Click to copy IP
-We would like a portal (Will buy Xenporta 2 or use Xenporta 1) so customizing this page would be ideal
-Custom Artwork (Background, logo, etc) - If unable to do art work, we can discuss hiring an artist.
-A minigame stat system template - Our server administrator would need to plug into this to upload player statistics to the site.
