16 is the age requirement for a paid position, otherwise, you would work as a volunteer. We do not make exceptions, if you're under the age of 16 then you would apply for a volunteer position.

Hey Satima! Our programming team is working hard to add new features to the game such as right now our furniture system and financial menu. We also are having our community bot being worked on more and more each day which already has some cool things like our points rewards system for interacting with the community. And lastly we are looking to expand the team and hire staff of all roles listed in our application.
