Server Partner [50/50][Experienced]

I am looking for a server partner to start and grow a community via a factions server. If interested, please read along.

Requirements:
-Background experiences of server staffing etc.
-Basic knowledge of plugins, configuring them, etc.
-Social capabilities to interact with the community and do things such as host events etc.
-An imaginative mind for things like thinking of new things to bring to the server.
-Maturity (This means you can be 13 for all I care, as long as you show me progress and can maintain a server with a professional outlook, you're good to go.)
-Funding (don't worry, you won't be doing all of the funding.)

What type of server?:
Factions, I'm experienced most in the area and sooner or later we will probably branch out and make things like kitpvp, etc. It all depends.

Well, what's YOUR experience?:
I've owned several servers, all sold away now. Anywhere I've worked was years ago and the servers are all dead, but that doesn't mean I'm not capable of running a server. I've been every staff position you can think of. From ChatMod to Admin, I've been there. I'm very friendly and capable of running and communicating with the community in order to run a server fit for the player base so that it can grow in popularity. I'm able to configure any plugin, and even have some building skills. I am not able to code or create plugins, but I'm willing to learn anything needed to bring the best quality possible to my server. I haven't covered every skill here, just basics.

How will we split the profits?
50/50
