Setup prison for me (I have map)

Hello guys,

My friend just build me a prison map. Will anyone setup for me?

Budget :
Around $30 (can negotiate)

What would you need to do?
> Setup A-Z ranks (permissionsEX)
> Setup A-Z mines (mineresetlite)
> Setup 5 donator ranks (permissionsEX)
> Setup 5 donator mines (mineresetlite)
> Setup SELLALL sign at all of my warps (I have the plugin)
> Setup casino (I have the building)
> Setup crate key (I have the building and plugin)
> Setup all /WARPS, WorldGuard enter permisisons and ETC
> Setup starter kits, donator kits.
> Place holographic display everywhere to make my server more fancy
> Setup parkour reward (I have parkour building)

At top of it all, just seutp me a semi-op-prison server.

I'd suggest upping your budget to $80+ (minimum). $30 is not a lot for so much time.
