Should I make this a template?

So the picture above is the current version of my work in progress server website, I've been getting feedback from others saying that it was really good and wished it was a template, So I'm wondering, would you guys like it to be a template? The "Latest News" tab is built from PHP (Not my code). It is stored in a database, alternatively you can use it with just regular HTML, anyways, let me know if you guys want it as a template.

If it was a Template then the background would obviously be changeable...

I'd definitely buy this as a template if it was published. Simple, clean. I really like it.

Also, the background is a vector image, meaning it'll scroll forever. And err, how much do you think a reasonable price would be?

If it's just a template for public use, then i'd say $15-25 bucks maybe. As long as it's easily customisable for the user.

Since it's not a commission and may be quite overused.

If you made it an entire website, with working Ranks/Groups, a Forums Board, etc, you could definitely sell it for a lot more than just if it were a homepage.

Hmm, doable, but I don't think it's convenient for this.
