Show the “U” prefix when using a charity name color

As title said, when using a charity name color the U prefix doesn’t show.

Unfortunately to implement this properly it would require an adjustment to the chat titles addon that we have developed, and we simply can't justify the custom development time at the moment considering just how much there is for us to implement.
