Hey guys i am looking for a plugin that works like a happy hour.
so every 12 hours it annouces in chat http://gyazo.com/a82ae74a7db8072cb09cb2c6ea0cd400 like that <.
and it dose a command that command is (/mangaddp HH.on) and when the 1 hour is gone then it dose (/mangdelp HH.on).
and i want a command so when i do (/HH) it says something like this depens on the time (http://gyazo.com/f9151f1558f6570987afcefe0798d249)

Budget: i dont want to pay alot for this so dont come and say i want alot

Also, if someone can make a plugin where if they play for at least 5 days, it can do /pex user add group Member {name} & /pex user group remove Noob {name

This plugin is quite simple. For someone else doing it, run a scheduled task, and every 12 hours dispatch a command & broadcast a msg.
Edit: Use integers. If you want me to make it @OP i will, at most the cost will be 4$

A 12 hour scheduled task would be... inefficient.. to say the least. If you never reload or restart your sever and don't mind straining it a bit, then it's the solution for you. Otherwise, it isn't the best way to go about it, whatsoever.
