simple plugin request.

hello im looking for a developer that can make me a armor damage plugin for my opfactions server.
"fights last wayyyy to long."

The plugin features are simple.

When in pvp armor will break 1-100% faster then usual *set in config.
I would like this to not interfere with strength potions and be able to keep the same dmg resistance on gapples.

There is no real "clean" way of doing this, to my knowledge. Sounds like it would be very hacky.
