Simple Web App

[MPD]

I need a simple web app that does the following:

1. Users goes to link
2. Site authenticates user using Auth0
3. Site generates a unique code that is then inputted in a database linked to that user
4. The user is redirected to another url (based on existing database information) with that unique code pumped in

Python would be preferred but I am honestly fine with whatever. Only reply to me on this thread. Do not message me.
