Skilled operator

Hi,
I am needing an Operator (unless I find one) to do/know the following:
- Multicraft knowledge
- Experience with factions
- Contact with YouTubers and have a microphone
- Small amounts of java knowledge in order to make small plugins/fixes
- Be able to spare at least 8 hours everyday.
- Able to be involved with YouTuber series, once per week. (Most likely a weekend).
- Have a range of faction ideas
- Must be of a suitable working age


Pay: $12,000/mo (can vary depending on work load), am willing to pay up to $15,000 if more is completed.

Only PM me if your experienced enough. Also I'd prefer if you were European or American, for timezone reasons and you NEED to speak English.

I bought the plugins to an old server, we had a BETA season with no advertisements.
But we have changed a lot and are just investing into development so far.
