Skills Plugin
- Players will receive customizable experience for their various survival activities
- These skills will be added to a global rank which will be displayed before their name
- Upon ranking up, you can configure commands it will run for the player
- Able to have a permission node to get 1.5x xp instead of 1x

Examples
Mining:
1 stone - 1 XP
1 iron ore (only can have the XP per ore, cannot replace and mine to get more XP) - 5 XP
1 gravel - 1.5 XP
Killing:
1 creeper - 15XP
1 witch - 25XP
1 zombie - 15XP
Smelting:
1 iron ingot - 15XP
Fishing:
1 regular fish - 5XP
1 pufferfish - 15XP
Brewing:
Speed Potion - 15XP

Commands
/skill on/off [will toggle a scoreboard showing them 3 previous XP's they've received + the total XP needed for a new level]
/skill (name) [will show the scoreboard of the player looked up)

Heroes is pretty close to this, though you'd need to tie into our system somehow for the ranking system.
