Skin Edit ($ 2)

Found someone, thank you.

So, I'm paying someone $2 (may increase if your prices call for it) to edit me a skin.

I want an edit of this skin. All I want done is;

• The hair to be removed (from the shirt)
• Slightly adjust the hair on the outer layer so it looks more like a traditional 'boy' skin hairstyle.
• NOTHING ELSE. (Essentially, just shorter hair).

I want it to the shading & pattern on the shirt to remain the same (which would mean you filling in any place where the hair covered it). It's simple for a skin maker- but since I'm not I'm coming here. Please don't do this unless you can do it to a tee (I won't be paying unless it's done the way I would like it).
