Small Detailed GFX (For a Discord Bot)

I am looking for someone with the ability to make me a welcome image. The purpose of this is image manipulation within the discord bot to greet members that join your server. All I am looking for is someone to make me something like the image below but different of course.
If you are able to this, please provide some previous work in the forum so I can contact you through mcm for further discussion.
