All services listed above are for a minimum of $10USD. Any projects that end up being too expensive will likely NOT be pursued by me due to my limited time and availability, which is why small and medium sized projects are what's advertised.

I used to do freelance development over two years ago on this forum and since leaving I have improved myself and my ability to program majorly. I quit due to some controversy making up my mind for me, but now I think is appropriate to return. Currently, I have a part-time job and am in school preparing for my future and figured I could also do this in my free-time.
History and Transparency
I want to be clear that I have a lot of history on this market and it shouldn't be buried. I was very much unlikable, in my opinion, and immature despite the idea that I thought I was being professional at the time. Despite me in general, I still managed to gain up to 15 weighted reputation, which ended up being purged in the reputation purge.
The Lucifer Situation
The controversy that made me quit is the largest I had to deal with and that was the final straw for me. It occurred with a scammer that I knew only as lucifer on this forum, who I had originally hired for homework services.
He turned out to be a scammer of 4-figures which was unfortunate for me and quite literally tanked my social reputation due to everybody thinking him and I were one and the same.
The reasoning for us being the same individuals were, IIRC:

Luaq's Development: Terms of Service
Please make sure you ("the client", "you") read these terms of service ("tos", "terms", "terms of service") carefully as upon purchasing a virtual item ("final product", "product", "development project", "project", "discord bot", "virtual item") from me ("Luaq", "freelancer", "me") you automatically agree to these terms.
1. Payments will not be refunded once the upfront payment of either 50% or 100% of the decided price has been sent after the upfront payment has been sent you have a maximum of 24 hours to request a refund. After 24 hours has been passed you're no longer eligible for a refund.
a) If you are unhappy with the final product then it is perfectly reasonable to request that something be changed or some specific parts of the product be modified. Although, being unhappy with the final product you received does not warrant a charge-back or refund.
b) If at any time a charge-back takes place, alongside it being fought the final product that was delivered will also be sold/redistributed online by the freelancer.
2. At any point in the development of the requested product, charging-back is strictly prohibited as I have delivered my half of the deal, you should hold up yours. Any attempts to get the money back without having talked about it will be fought.
3. Reselling my work is not allowed. If resell rights have not been granted and discussed then it is prohibited. For resell rights to be valid the client must have paid the agreed upon price + a 75% fee. An exception for the fee is made for orders where the agreed price is greater than $100, where the fee is changed to 50% in those cases.
a) Resell rights, to be clear, grant the client full permissions to sell to others what I've provided them with, the product.
b) With resell rights, the client is still not prohibited to claim the work as their own, credit of the product is still due to the freelancer.
4. Payments will be handled through PayPal (https://paypal.com/) via the Friends and Family ("F&F", "Friends and Family") payment method.
a) The client is given the option by the freelancer to pay either 50% of the agreed upon price upfront or 100% of the agreed upon price upfront. With the 50% upfront payment, the client is also required to pay the 50% of the agreed upon price before receiving their final product.
i) In the case that the client pays only 50% of the agreed upon price upfront, the freelancer is required to show in some sort of way that they've completed the final product.
b) The PayPal fee, 2.9% + $0.30, will be covered by the client.
c) Payments will always be done in the U.S. Dollar ("USD", "U.S. Dollar") currency, no exceptions are made.
5. If at any time I need to cancel the product for any reason, the client will be notified and refunded within 48 hours of this notice.
6. If the agreed-upon deadline is not met by the freelancer, this does not warrant a charge-back or refund. Some sort of deal should be talked out between the two, the client and the freelancer, to come to some sort of agreement.
7. If the freelancer is failing to respond, this also does not warrant a charge-back or refund. Chances are high that the freelancer is busy with something and doesn't quite have time to have a full conversation.
a) If you fail to get a response a week after the deadline, then this does warrant a charge-back.
8. Communications between the client and the freelancer will all be done by either 1 of 2 options. Firstly, being Discord (https://discordapp.com/) via private messages ("PMs", "private messages"), group chats, or guild text channels. Secondly being via email (to "[email protected]").
a) I am not responsible if you get scammed by someone posing and pretending to be me.
